The next round of the WIAA Girls’ Basketball tournament is scheduled to take place around the state tonight.
The sectional semi-final contest of local and area interest finds two EWC teams in action, with Kiel facing conference champion Brillion at Two Rivers High School. The two split their regular-season games.
The play-by-play can be heard beginning at 6:45 p.m. on 97.1 WCUB. The winner faces either Xavier or Freedom at Brillion on Saturday afternoon.
Other sectional games this evening include De Pere meeting Divine Savior Holy Angels at Germantown, Notre Dame and Fox Valley Lutheran matching up at Green Bay Southwest, St. Mary’s Springs and Laconia facing off at Kohler and St. Mary’s Catholic taking on Bonduel at Crivitz.
