The Manitowoc Lutheran Boys Basketball team started their postseason run with a bang last night, as they defeated Oconto 76-61.
Aiden Franzen of the Lancers lead the way, tying his career-high with 23 points while teammate Ethan Menges added 22.
August Hecker also contributed 12 points in the decisive victory.
The Blue Devils were led by Kadin Baxter who had 16 points, while Senior Braeden Shallow had 13 points in his final game.
The next challenge for the Lancers will be at Roncalli where they will look for some revenge following an 82-55 pasting earlier in the year.
The semifinal match will take place Friday at the Hanger.
