A man accused of shooting three people at a Wausau cemetery has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
67-year-old Henry West entered a no-contest plea to five of the 17 charges he had faced, including first-degree intentional homicide, two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and two counts of arson.
The shooting took place at Pine Grove Cemetery on October 3rd, 2019.
52-year-old Patricia Grimm of Wausau died of her injuries and two people were wounded.
