Additional charges have been filed against a former teacher at Baird Elementary School in Green Bay.
47-year-old David Villareal was initially arrested in April of last year on three child sex charges, but now also faces charges of 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault with a Person Under 16 with Use of Threat of Force or Violence, 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault with a Person Under 13, and two counts of Sexual Assault of a Student by School Staff.
The investigation into Villareal began after a 2nd Grade student reported inappropriate contact from the teacher.
Villareal continues to deny any wrongdoing and is due for a jury trial in July.
