Former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman is expected to release his final report on Wisconsin’s 2020 presidential election later today (February 28th).
Taxpayers have funded the effort to take a closer look at alleged irregularities in the way the election was conducted.
Gableman has said the goal was never about overturning the results.
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos says the Legislature may not have bills connected to the investigation drafted anytime soon.
He blames litigation by Democrats for that.
Gabelman is scheduled to brief the Assembly Election Committee on his findings Tuesday.
