The body of a second person has been found inside the charred rubble of Butch’s Bar in Sturgeon Bay. The second victim of the fire was found yesterday afternoon.
While authorities have not identified the victims, they have stated that they are both males, and will be identified during an autopsy in Madison.
There was a total of nine tenants in the apartments above the bar.
Two of them have been found dead, and one was taken to a burn center for treatment.
Now that all of those tenants are accounted for, crews will begin razing the structure.
This means that several roads around the former bar will be closed as crews being that project.
Drone operators will not be able to use their devices in the area either.
A cause of the fire has not yet been released by the Sturgeon Bay Fire Department, which is being aided by the State Fire Marshall.
