The man suspected of killing a Racine firefighter has been found dead in Jacksonville, Florida.
Officials say 51-year-old Peter James Lui died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound Wednesday.
Racine investigators say firefighter Chris Lalor’s mother found his body in the basement of his home Sunday.
Neighbors said Lalor had planned to go to Bucket Pubs with Lui last Friday.
The men were described as longtime friends and former roommates.
Lui was charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
