An Oshkosh man has pleaded guilty to planning an attack on the U.S. power grid.
22-year-old Jackson Sawall had reportedly teamed up with Christopher Cook of Ohio and Jonathan Frost of Texas to plan out the attack.
Prosecutors say the trio has extremist views and was aiming to start a race war and economic depression.
Sawall was charged with Conspiring to Provide Material Support to Terrorists, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
