There was an interesting situation at a Manitowoc bank yesterday afternoon.
According to a police report, officers were called to the BMO Harris Bank on South 8th Street on a report of a woman acting erratically.
Responding officers learned that the woman entered the bank, and began acting strange. She had her hands down her pants, began dancing in the vestibule, and at one point exposed one of her breasts to a customer as they exited the building.
It was not clear if the flashing was intentional.
The woman refused to speak with police, only offering hand signals, and offering her name as “Vanessa”.
It was later learned that was not her real name.
The same woman reportedly had five other police contacts over the past ten days, and each time she used a false name.
The 31-year-old woman was arrested on charges of Obstructing, Disorderly Conduct, and two counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
