The Brillion Girls Basketball team wrapped up sole possession of the EWC title last night with a 55-46 decision over Two Rivers.
The visiting Lions (21-and-3 overall, 13-&-1) enjoyed a 31-19 halftime advantage only to have the Raiders go on a 16-to-4 run to tie it at 35.
Brillion had an 8-0 run of its own to establish control and win the game by 9.
Megan Schuman paced the Lions with 21 points, Aubrie Williams added 12.
T.R.’s Allyson Kakes took game scoring honors with 22 points, Kenzie Graff chipped in 13.
Two Rivers (11-&-12 overall, 4-&-9) plays a makeup game at home tonight against Sheboygan Falls before starting Regional action next week.
