The MPSD informed Seehafer News this morning that masks will no longer be mandatory starting next Tuesday, however, they will be recommended.
Monday is a scheduled day off for students and staff in Manitowoc.
The Appleton School Board recently voted to lift the masking requirement effective February 28th on a vote of 5-2.
Several other districts around the area have also lifted their mandates, however if the COVID situation were to get worse, they could revert back to their previous mandates.
