A Green Bay woman has been arrested as she allegedly killed her dogs at a park and ride in Howard.
According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Department, Deputies were dispatched to a park and ride in Howard on Tuesday after a public works employee found the deceased canines.
Please note, the following details are graphic and may be disturbing to some.
Deputies noted that the two dogs were hanging from the trees.
Deputies had been called to the park and ride the previous day to meet with 57-year-old Pamela Sue McNeill, where she had her dog with her.
That same dog and another were the ones found. McNeill admitted to hanging them, and said in a statement “I told them I loved them and that I hoped to see them someday.”
She has been charged with two counts each Felony Mistreatment of Animals and Felony Bail Jumping.
