There is only one meeting in the area tonight, and that will be the City of Manitowoc’s Community Development Authority.
The group will be gathering in the second-floor conference room in City Hall at 4:00 p.m.
They will start by discussing the financials for the city’s public housing, and any potential facility upgrades.
They will then review design applications for the Village Square Building located at 902 South 8th Street, and the financial reports for the Revolving Loan Fund.
The CDA will also look over any updates regarding the River Point District and the property on 1512 Washington Street.
This is the final meeting for the week in the Clipper City.
