
The Green Bay man who allegedly killed a man over a drug debt has been ordered to stand trial.
Pedro Santiago-Marquez is facing charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Mutilating a Corpse in connection to the death and burning of Jason Mendez-Ramos’s body back in September.
His arraignment hearing was scheduled for March 7th.
As for the other two suspects in the case, Alexander Burgos-Mojica, who is charged with Harboring/Aiding a Felon, does not have an attorney as of yet and will be back in court on March 18th.
Jeisaac Rodriguez-Garcia was the first person arrested in connection to the killing, and he is charged with Mutilating a Corpse as Party to the Crime.
He is due back in court on February 21st for an arraignment.
