Just hours after the Milwaukee Bucks traded guard Donte DiVincenzo to Sacramento, the team was hit with a big blow when Pat Connaughton suffered a broken hand.
Connaughton will have surgery today (February 14th).
The team says he is expected to return before the end of the N-B-A regular season.
He has been playing more than 27 minutes a game off the bench, scoring a little over 10 points, and hitting more than 41 percent of his 3-pointers.
Several reports indicate the Bucks will try to sign Goran Dragic after he completes his contract buyout with the Spurs next week.
The 35-year-old Dragic has averaged eight points a game with Toronto before moving on to Texas.
