Another individual has been arrested in connection to the recent shooting incident in Manitowoc.
42-year-old Rhonda Anne Peterson has been charged with two counts of Harboring or Aiding Felons.
Officers had asked Peterson for the location of one of the suspects multiple times, but each time she claimed to not know where they were.
However, a search of her text messages revealed a message to the suspect saying “They are trying to get you’re number to ping your location shut all your locations off.”
Officers also spoke with another individual, who handed over an AK47 wrapped in a jacket that contained Peterson’s ID card.
The man told police that Peterson had given it to her shortly after the shooting at Westfield Park on February 6th.
No one was injured in the shooting, and to date, only Peterson and Jordan Anthony Roberson have been arrested.
