Manitowoc’s Burger Boat Company has named its 2021 Associate of the Year.
The oldest yacht builders in the world are honoring Jason Allard’s commitment to continuous improvement of his skills in service to Burger’s clients, as well as the leadership he shows through collaboration with all departments and company associates.
Jim Ruffolo, president and CEO of Burger Boat Company spoke highly of Allard, saying “His loyalty, dedication, and his ever-present quest for quality and reliability makes us all better. Jason’s positive attitude and sense of urgency is inspiring to all.”
Throughout 2021, Jason has played a crucial role as the project leader within the engineering team for the design and coordination of custom yacht and commercial vessel construction. Jason reliably created cohesion between Burger’s various shipyard departments and associates.
