If you’re able to give a pint of blood or a platelet donation, the American Red Cross is asking you to set up an appointment.
More donors are needed to make appointments now to help ensure accident victims, cancer patients, and new mothers experiencing complicated childbirths have access to lifesaving transfusions without delay.
A blood donation opportunity is scheduled locally for this afternoon at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church at 325 Randolph Street in Mishicot.
People can stop in from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. to give the gift of life.
