A Green Bay man has been charged with the catnapping of a feline from the Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary.
Marquise Stephens is facing charges of Felony Theft and Mistreating Animals.
The feline Bleu was taken from the Pet Sanctuary on North Broadway last week Thursday.
Stephens reportedly put Bleu in a duffel bag and escaped out a side door.
An employee at the sanctuary saw Stephens walking down the street with a duffel bag, and another employee approached him, finding the feline in the bag.
Stephens was then arrested and charged with the theft.
