It’s another ownership change for a Fox Cities-area paper mill.
The purchase of Midwest Paper Group in Combined Locks was announced by a news release last week.
About 300 people work at the mill now.
The mill was known as Appleton Coated when it was shut down in 2017.
It has had several news owners since then.
Workers fought to stop a plan to sell off the property for parts by filing a lawsuit.
Local officials say the mill is good for an estimated $300 million in economic activity for the region each year.
