There are two meetings scheduled to kick off the month of February in Two Rivers.
The Police and Fire Commission will start things off in the Council Chambers at 3:30 PM.
They will get some updates from the Fire Department before entering a closed session to interview for and select a new Police Lieutenant.
Then at 6:00 PM, the Public Utilities Committee will take over in the Council Chambers.
After the public is given time to voice their input, the Committee will look over the ongoing and scheduled projects, including the reconstruction of 17th Street, and the Pine Tree Lift Station.
The Committee will also get updates on the funding for the replacement of public and private service laterals, and treatment modifications imposed by the DNR.
