Marquette’s oh-so-close 65-63 loss at Providence Sunday knocks the Golden Eagles down two spots in this week’s Associated Press Top-25 college basketball poll.
The Golden Eagles received 11 more points than last week but still dropped from 22nd to 24th.
The Wisconsin Badgers held steady at number-11 after wins over Nebraska and Minnesota.
Marquette only has one game this week – Wednesday at home against the Villanova Wildcats.
Wisconsin has a road game Wednesday at Illinois and a home game Saturday against Penn State.
