
The man arrested for robbing a Walgreens in Green Bay at gunpoint has been found guilty.
29-year-old Sifredo Gomez pleaded no contest to charges of Armed Robbery, Intimidating a Victim, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, all as a repeat offender.
The incident occurred at the Walgreens located at 116 North Military Avenue on June 28th of last year.
The clerk told the responding police officers that a man, later identified as Gomez, walked into the store, pointed a gun at her, and demanded the money in the register. Gomez then fled the scene with around $788.
He was later located, and the gun was determined to be a BB gun.
Gomez will be back in court for sentencing on March 22nd.
He could spend as many as 40 years in prison.
