
While the man that was deemed to have shot and killed a woman at a Green Bay gas station in November is not facing a homicide charge, he is not getting off scot-free.
The man, now identified as Jaylene Edwards, has been charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
Investigators determined that Dominque Wilson was pointing a weapon at others at the Marathon gas station on Walnut Street during the incident and that Edwards shot her to protect himself and others.
The concealed carry charge was filed on Friday and carries with it a maximum of 9 months jail time and a $10,000 fine.
Edwards will be is due in court in March.
