
The Badgers men’s basketball team has dropped out of the A-P Top 10 following the loss to Michigan State.
This week’s poll finds Wisconsin ranked 11th, down three spots.
Tyler Wahl was missing from the lineup with an ankle injury when the Spartans beat U-W.
With a record of 15-and-3 overall and 6-and-2 in the Big Ten, Wisconsin hasn’t lost a game when it was at full strength.
Other Big Ten teams listed in the poll are number-six Purdue, number-10 Michigan State, number-16 Ohio State, and number-24 Iowa. Auburn is ranked number-one this time.
Meanwhile, Marquette is ranked number-22 after winning six games in a row.
Marquette did not make the cut last week, but wins over ranked opponents including their recent win over Xavier help bump them up.
