A Manitowoc man is facing charges after he allegedly shot the window of a residence with a BB gun.
A man called the incident into the Manitowoc Police Department at around 7:00 AM on Friday, and officers were dispatched to the home in the 1300 block of South 21st Street.
The officers were able to identify the man responsible and located him at his girlfriend’s home in the 2100 block of South 14th Street.
The suspect was spotted in the driveway of the residence but retreated inside when the officers approached.
The man initially would not cooperate with the police, but eventually admitted to shooting the residence.
He claimed to have done it because the homeowner had allegedly pulled a gun on him a couple of weeks prior.
The suspect supplied the BB gun and was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property, and eight counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
