The man who was arrested in connection to the body found on the UW Green Bay campus in September was reportedly not the one who killed him.
Jeisaac Rodriguez-Garcia was recently arrested in connection to the incident, but it was determined that he allegedly burned the body of Jason Mendez-Ramos but did not kill him.
Rodriguez-Garcia is facing a charge of Mutilating a Corpse and had his bail set at $10,000 cash.
He will be back in court on Thursday for his preliminary hearing.
Rodriguez-Garcia is the only person arrested in the case thus far.
