A Green Bay Police Department squad car was hit by a suspected drunk driver over the weekend.
According to the Police Department, officers were on the scene of a separate crash in the 1300 block of Main Street at around 2:30 AM on Saturday.
One officer had parked their car a short distance away from the crash with their emergency lights on, as per department policy, when the vehicle was rear-ended.
There were no injuries reported as no one was in the squad car at the time.
The driver was taken into police custody on a suspected OWI.
Their name has not been released.
