Two students have been arrested and charged in a Friday attack at La Follette High School in Madison.
Police say the 15-year-old victim suffered injuries so severe he will likely need oral surgery.
The victim says a group of students was making fun of him before the situation turned into a physical fight.
Video surveillance reportedly shows the teenager and another student about to fight each other.
Several other students were seen hitting or trying to hit the victim.
No names have been released.
Authorities say teachers and other staff members were able to break the fight up soon after it started.
Charges include physical abuse of a child and disorderly conduct.
