An investigation is underway regarding a shooting incident in Ashwaubenon over the weekend.
Officers with Ashwaubenon Public Safety were dispatched to the 2900 block of Holmgren Way just before 2:00 AM on Saturday, where they determined a round had been fired into an occupied apartment.
Two suspects were later located in Green Bay, and one of them was taken into police custody.
The other individual was arrested for a probation violation.
The incident is still under investigation, but the public is not believed to be in any danger.
