The expansion plans announced by Madison-based Exact Sciences could add 1,300 new jobs to the local economy.
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is supporting the $350-million project.
Exact Sciences would receive $18.5 million in Enterprise Zone tax credits.
Exact Sciences will build a research and development center, expand its laboratory space, and construct warehouse space for the production lab and a research-and-development facility.
The company relocated to Wisconsin in 2009.
Its flagship product is Cologuard, a colon cancer screening kit.
