Milwaukee police are seeking felony murder charges against the 41-year-old man they say caused the fatal shooting incident at a Burger King drive-thru.
The suspect’s name hasn’t been released.
He is accused of trying to rob the restaurant January 2nd.
That led to the shooting of 16-year-old Niesha Harris-Brazell when another worker inside the restaurant opened fire and accidentally hit her.
Video surveillance shows the masked man reaching through the drive-thru window with a gun as he tried to rob the business.
