A Green Bay man involved in a credit card fraud scheme will be spending time in prison.
28-year-old Brandon Washington was sentenced to two years in prison and six years of extended supervision after previously being convicted on thirteen counts of fraud.
Washington had teamed up with a waitress at the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Ashwaubenon to commit the crimes.
He told the waitress he would pay her $100 for the information off of ten cards.
The waitress would reportedly take a picture of the cards using her cell phone.
The waitress then stopped helping Washington when he failed to pay her the proper amount.
She cooperated with the police and turned over the pictures she had taken.
She was not charged.
