A 29-year-old Green Bay man has been charged with Mutilating a Corpse.
Jeisaac Rodriguez-Garcia was in front of the Brown County Court Commissioner on Friday, where his bail was set at $10,000.
Details of the case have not yet been made public, but the prosecutor called the case sensitive, and of a serious nature.
A criminal complaint must be filed by January 21st, which is when Rodriguez-Garcia is due back in court.
According to research done by WBAY TV in Green Bay, this arrest could be connected to the discovery of a body last year on the UW-Green Bay campus.
The body of 36-year-old Ashwaubenon resident Jason Mendez-Ramos was found on the campus on September 28th of last year, and police say his body was dumped there after being killed elsewhere.
No additional details of the investigation have been released.
