Tyler Wahl scored a career-high 21 points and Johnny Davis contributed 19.
Wisconsin led by 21 points in the second half.
Center Steven Crowl gave the Badger the lead for good with four minutes left when he connected on a 3-pointer.
Maryland hit its own 3-pointer with four seconds remaining and had a chance when Brad Davison missed a pair of free throws.
Wisconsin’s record is 13-and-2 overall and 4-and-1 in the Big Ten Conference.
The Badgers host Ohio State Thursday with a chance to get revenue for their only conference defeat.
