A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 34-year-old worker at the Milwaukee Burger King restaurant where teenager Niesha Harris-Brazell was killed during an armed robbery.
So far, Derrick Ellis is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
The 16-year-old victim was shot to death Sunday night.
Video surveillance indicates the fatal shot was fired by Ellis as an armed man tried to rob the restaurant at its drive-thru window.
Police say they are looking for Ellis and the unnamed armed robbery suspect.
