Parents that aren’t sure where they would like their child to get an education have an opportunity tonight and Saturday morning to get a preview of Roncalli Middle School and Roncalli Elementary School.
Shannon Pritzl, the Director of Admissions at Roncalli Catholic Schools, told Seehafer News that this Preview Night & Morning give “parents and their children a chance to come into our schools, take a tour of the schools, see what we are all about, meet teachers, and gather information they need to make an informed decision as far as what they are going to do next year.”
The session tonight is for students who will be in Middle School next year and will be held at the school located at 2109 Marshall Street.
Registration will be from 5:45 to 6:00 with the program to follow.
The Elementary School Preview Morning on Saturday will start with registration from 9:00 to 9:15 AM.
We asked Pritzl what separates Roncalli Catholic Schools from the Public School District.
“Obviously the first thing about our schools is we offer a faith-based education,” Pritzl explained. “The other thing we have to offer is we are a smaller school system. That allows us to get to know our students very well. The other thing that is very strong throughout our school system is we really focus on the entire family being a part of the child’s education process.”
Masks will not be required to attend the preview night or morning, nor is a vaccination card.
