If Chicago sportscaster Hub Arkush was trying to stir up some controversy, he did it.
Arkush recently said he wouldn’t vote for Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers to win a second-straight Most Valuable Player award.
He called Rodgers “the biggest jerk in the league.”
Arkush was talking about the off-field issues involving Rodgers as the 2021 season approached and his misleading comments about his vaccination status.
Rodgers responded, calling Arkush a “bum.”
Rodgers says that Arkush saying he had made up his mind not to vote for the Packers star last summer should exclude the sportscaster from future votes.
Despite the controversy, Rodgers has emerged as the favorite to become M-V-P for a second straight season.
