The owner of a vehicle service center in Manitowoc has expanded into the restaurant business.
Jeremiah Novak began running his father’s auto shop, Novak’s Service Center, ten years ago after spending several years in the restaurant industry as a worker.
In an announcement on Facebook, Jeremiah’s wife Rebecca announced that the duo is getting back into the industry by purchasing the H and C Elbow Room.
Rebecca thanked the community for their support over the years with Novak’s, saying “we are ready to return to showcase our passions the best way we know how, by taking care of you – our guests.”
Details of the sale have not yet been made public.
