A judge has granted immunity to three officers meeting with special prosecutors in the Joseph Mensah case.
Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Glenn Yamahiro signed the order Monday.
Officers, Ralph Sayers, Stephen Mills, and Captain Gary Gabrish will meet with two special prosecutors today (January 5th).
They will be questioned about the 2016 shooting death of Jay Anderson Junior by former Waukesha police officer Joseph Mensah.
None of the three are seen as suspects.
Anderson’s death is being re-investigated after a summer ruling that there was probable cause to charge Mensah with a crime.
