Seth Wakefield has been arrested in connection to the murder of Hannah Miller(Oneida County Sheriff's Department)
A second man who is charged in an Oneida County killing has entered a not guilty plea.
25-year-old Seth Wakefield is accused of helping Christopher Anderson kill the victim – Anderson’s former girlfriend.
Wakefield entered his plea to one count of being a party to a crime of first-degree intentional homicide during a Monday court appearance.
Prosecutors say Wakefield was aware of Anderson’s plans to kill Hannah Miller for several weeks.
Miller was shot to death in late June and her body was left on the side of a rural road.
Anderson reportedly wanted to abduct her child since he was the father.
