
An explosion in a garage in northeastern Wisconsin has left two people dead and two more in the hospital.
No information has been received about the victims’ names or medical conditions.
The two survivors were airlifted to an Appleton hospital for treatment.
Investigators with the Shawano County Sheriff’s Office say the Friday blast happened when a pressurized container was punctured inside a car repair shop.
Emergency responders were called to the location in the Township of Lessor at about 12:35 p-m.
Portions of Wisconsin highway 47 and 156 were temporarily closed to traffic.
