A Navy medical team is scheduled to begin assisting staff Friday at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay.
FEMA is sending 23 military doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists to help as the hospital is facing full capacity due to COVID patients.
Bellin Health officials are expected to discuss the mission of the Navy emergency staffing team today (December 30th).
The team will be in Green Bay for at least a month.
Military medical teams are also helping short-staffed hospitals and care facilities in Minnesota.
