
A 37-year-old Cleveland woman has been sentenced in a child neglect case from 2019.
Amanda Sue Perronne was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on charges of Neglecting a Child and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to two years on probation.
Officers with the Manitowoc Police Department found Perronne passed out behind the wheel in August of 2019 with a small child buckled into a rear-facing car seat.
She was found to be in possession of fentanyl and several items of drug paraphernalia.
As a part of her probation, Perronne will be subjected to random urine tests, she must maintain absolute sobriety and must maintain full-time employment.
