No motive has been offered yet for the arson fire that displaced at least 18 people living in a Milwaukee apartment building.
Investigators say a 19-year-old suspect started the fire at about 7:20 a-m. Several residents were evaluated at the scene by emergency medical personnel, but no injuries required hospitalization.
Milwaukee fire officials say the damage appears to have been contained to one unit.
There was smoke and water damage to several additional units. The suspect’s name hasn’t been released.
