The Badgers are in Las Vegas getting ready for Thursday’s bowl game.
Some reports indicate there has been a surge of COVID-19 cases but the numbers haven’t been released and it’s not known what players or coaches might be affected.
Six players and a coach haven’t been practicing – or have been limited.
Defensive end Matt Henningsen is scheduled to arrive today (December 28th).
Tight end Jack Eschenbach is injured and offensive tackle Logan Bruss and center Joe Tippmann were limited in the most recent practice.
Fullback John Chenal won’t be playing and running back coach Gary Brown is suffering from a non-COVID-19 illness, but may arrive in Las Vegas in time for the game.
