The National Weather Service says a winter storm that got its start in South Dakota is bringing snow to Wisconsin.
Winter weather advisories are in effect until 10:00 a-m for most of the state’s 72 counties.
Some parts of southern Wisconsin will get rain and drizzle instead of snow.
Meteorologists say the heaviest snowfall will be in the northwestern part of the state.
Rice Lake could expect up to nearly five inches.
