Authorities in Florence County report two people are in the hospital after their plane crashed Saturday morning.
Callers reported the crash at about 8:38 a-m near Spread Eagle.
G-P-S coordinates were used by emergency responders to locate the crash site.
The two people who had been in the plane were treated by paramedics, then taken to Dickinson County Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
Their names and medical conditions haven’t been released.
The Federal Aviation Administration has taken over the investigation.
