The student that allegedly attacked a special education teacher at Manitowoc Lincoln High School failed to show up to their initial appearance.
The yet unidentified student is accused of attacking the teacher on December 9th, as we have previously reported.
This individual was scheduled to be in court for their initial appearance on Monday (December 20th) but according to the Manitowoc Police Department, the student failed to show up.
This means that a capias will be issued, which is essentially a juvenile warrant for failure to appear.
