A Sheboygan man is facing charges after he allegedly drove drunk and fled the scene of a rollover crash near Plymouth.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department was called to the scene of the crash on Highway 23 outside of Plymouth at around 7:30 Monday evening.
Upon arrival they learned that a westbound SUV had been hit by another vehicle, causing it to leave the roadway, cross over into the median, and roll onto its roof.
The driver of the other vehicle did not stop and fled the scene of the crash. Deputies were able to quickly locate the suspect and arrest him.
The unnamed individual has been charged with Hit and Run, OWI, and Felony Bail Jumping, while the driver of the SUV was uninjured.
